Ian Duddridge BEng CEng FIET
Ian joined Pye TVT in 1978 and gained a degree in Communications Engineering at the University of Bradford. Work led to some interesting and fascinating assignments around the world installing and commissioning broadcast facilities of every size and type. He moved into the radio industry, at Audix where he was the Project Manager for a new radio complex in Muscat, Oman. Joining IPK Broadcast in 1998 Ian was involved in many TV design and build projects in the UK and Europe. The opportunity to develop business opportunities in Asia led to the acquisition of Crow Broadcast in 1993 and his secondment to Singapore to work with Henry Cheong. Together they built the company into the premier system integrator in SE Asia. Ian joined ntl Broadcast (now Arquiva) in 1998 as Engineering Director for Asia Pacific and together with Henry Cheong established the company’s presence in S.E. Asia.
